Webtech Flagship Docs

Do you all, Flagship Docs developers, hang out on irc anywhere talking about Flagship Docs?

It seems like no matter how I configure my config/sphinx.yml I get an error related to sphinx when I try to rake.

I did install sphinx and sphinx 1.10-beta and thinking-sphinx (1.3.18)

I added bin_path: "/usr/local/bin/" to sphinx.yml

Do you all have an FAQ or anything laying around which talks about common installation errors and solutions? Do you have to make changes to sphinx.yml to get it to work? Any ideas what I'm doing wrong here? Thanks in advance.
