Live Preview Private Documents

Currently a "Show Live Preview" link will be shown for all PDF or Word documents regardless of their privacy settings. This behavior won't work as intended for private documents, because Google won't be downloading the document as the currently logged in user. Additional logic should be added to the live preview code to make sure the documents are public before providing that link.
