Domain Redirect

Server configurations allowing the Concerto applications to be served from multiple domains may result in duplicuous URLs for any particular page in the system. In addition to confusing users, this is bad for SEO purposes.
System installers should have the capability to force users to use a particular domain via a redirect.
This should be an optional configuration directive.

(from [643]) Added ability to force use of a single domain.
For configurations where multiple domain names point to the same Concerto installation, the PREFERRED_DOMAIN configuration variable will redirect all requests tother domains to the same path on the preferred domain. See config.inc.sample.php. [#19 state:resolved]
