Added ability to force use of a single domain.
For configurations where multiple domain names point to the same Concerto installation, the PREFERRED_DOMAIN configuration variable will redirect all requests tother domains to the same path on the preferred domain. See config.inc.sample.php. [#19 state:resolved]
