Restrictive Template Selector

Template selector doesn't take into account screens with square pixels. For example, the Union West screen @ RPI is physically a widescreen (16:9?) but since it has square pixels, it has a 1024 x 768 (4:3) resolution.
There should be an override to view all templates, regardless of the screen resolution.
