I removed some unneeded CSS files and the extraneous fp_new directory in [664]. What else should we remove?

I'll have to spend some time reviewing the commits to your branch, but I recall some unneeded files in the includes directory and scattered in a few other locations. I should have time this week to clean it up.

It would be really nice if we could only use 1 jquery.js file, currently we have both jquery.js (1.2.6) and jquery-1.3.2.min.js. I've replaced the old version with 1.3.2-min in my working copy (http://senatedev.union.rpi.edu/bam/trunk2/) and the browse page has some problems (see attachment).
Should we try to move to one jquery version in 1.9.1 or wait for another release?
