I am new to RoR and I really like the Flagship application. Do you have any basic documentation to get this up and happening?

    Right now we don't have much in the way of setup documentation, thought I suspect you should be able to do what you need with rake gems:install && git submodule init && git submodule update.

    Zach: You've set up Flagship docs a few times. Can you write & commit a short install guide?
