When I go to create a New Document the application throws an Internal Server 500 error

Reason is:

ActiveRecord::UnknownAttributeError (unknown attribute: file):
app/controllers/documents_controller.rb:38:in new' app/controllers/documents_controller.rb:38:increate'

Also I could not figure out from the documentation where Documents are stored, are they stored in the database?
