Hello,

My name is Ryan and I work for a growing business that is basing all of our new development on Ruby, Rails, and AWS whenever we can. We're currently looking at document management and I ran across Flagship Docs. I noticed in your github repository that you have a 3.1 branch. Do you have a release date for it? If not how much effort would it take to make it production ready?
