Document Icons Load Slowly

Can we resize the document type images for use in the table
view? They load pretty slowly right now because I believe we're
loading the full-size versions and scaling them down in the
element.
It would be really cool if we could turn all the document images into CSS sprites to make things even faster, but I'd settled for resized small versions for the table view.
Zach: Can you look into this?

- State changed from “open” to “resolved”
created 50 px and 40 px versions. not sure they create a marked performance increase
