ORDERING

I HAVE A PROBLEM. WHEN I VIEW THE VIOLATIONS IN THE RNE CATEGORY, IT SORTS THE VIOLATIONS ALPHABETICALLY INSTEAD OF NUMERICALLY. UNDER THE CURRENT SYSTEM VIOLATION 10 FOLLOWS VIOLATION 1 AND PRECEDES VIOLATION 2. THIS IS A VIOLATION AND SHOULD BE FIXED.

I don't have a magic solution to this, besides adding leading 0's. Ordering is alphabetical for now; we could consider a manual ordering thing but it would take some convincing for me to implement it. (i.e do it yourself)
