Consider new ways to organize and present documents

I think we need to really introduce some new ways of collecting different kinds of documents. For example, John Wallace wanted to find the Class of 2013 Constitution, but it wasn't all that apparent where he would find the correct folder that had that document within it. We should consider implementing special collections of documents that would, for example, collect all of the Class Council constitutions together for common viewing. Or maybe we just encourage people to form their categories more intelligently. Maybe we should implement some smart tagging system for organizing documents around common labels.
