Screensaver Settings pre-load

If you open the settings panel and don't click the 'load' button before clicking save your feed selection will be reset.
Also, the error message to indicate no feeds are selected displays as connect to the internet first...

Fixed in [687]. The feed settings aren't saved unless they are loaded.
