Using screensaver with our concerto installation

I work at Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT. We're looking into using Concerto to run our digital signage project. It all looks great and testing is going well. The only thing that doesn't seem to work is the screensaver (on XP and Win7). When I edit the screensaver's settings and enter our concerto URL, I can select feeds without issue. When I click preview or let the screensaver come on after inactivity, it says Feed loaded and then goes to a message saying to please connect to the internet before attempting to use the screensaver.

When I set the URL back to http://signage.rpi.edu, your feeds load and display without a problem. Is it that the screensaver is not intended for use with other installations?

This is a great product and I would appreciate any help you can offer.
