Style Base Forms

Develop a form styling/layout for use on the feed management pages (create, edit) that can easily be extended to other areas of the system + plugins (i.e do what you always do BrZ).

Brian: Are you comfortable leading this one up? I think once we get some of the UI styles in place to supplement the split-view work you've done we'll be off to a great start.

FINALLY DONE. The latest commits include the form minimals needed to reskin most of the application forms. Look at the Add Content view to see the form minimals in action. This is obviously a work in progress bound to evolve as we fill in business logic, but the basement is there.
