REGISTRAR OFFICE CONCERTO COMPUTER
Reported by WTG User | March 8th, 2010 @ 08:53 AM
Over a month ago we had an issue with the Concerto display in
the Reigstrar Office. It was determined to be a hardware problem
and the computer was removed by one of the Cncerto team and taken
for repair. On Feb 10th I received an update saying parts had been
ordered and the estimate was the computer would be returned the
following week. We still do not have the computer. Please provide
an update as to when I can expect the computer to be returned so we
can get back on Concerto here in the office.
