REGISTRAR Offline

Registrar screen seems to be offline - not sure why. When select
concerto input to TV, get a view of post office screen but it never
changes. Any suggestion on what I might do from my end?

- Assigned user set to “Zach Rowe”
- State changed from “new” to “invalid”
Zach rebooted the PC and it came back online. Marked invalid since its not a 'software' issue for Concerto.
