I think we definitely want a link to our ticketing system for bugs with the software but I'm not sure if we should be including this on every page instead of the email. As I saw it, the email link was useful for RPI-specific (or really installation specific) questions about feeds, screens, etc and not always about system wide bugs that needed ticket status. The help form also doesn't really facilitate a 2 way conversation which is usually what we need for the "user errors"
