Failure to promote file - no selected feed

I tried twice to load a .jpeg file onto Concerto. I completed all fields, including selection of the "Service and Community" feed (which showed in the box once I selected it).
On both attempts, the upload failed and I received a message that I had no feed selection.
What do I need to do to upload my file?
