I can give you a few pointers, but questions like this are better suited for our Google Group (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/concerto-digital-signage).
In short, you'll need to setup a LAMP stack on your server (Apache, MySQL, and PHP). If you google around you should find dozens of working tutorials that can help you with that process. After you have PHP & MySQL running you can download the Concerto noCAS release and unzip it to your webserver's directory. From there, I would follow the installation instructions available here (http://www.concerto-signage.com/help_pages/30) or in the installation package.
Like I said, if you run into any problems feel free to ask around in the Google Group.
