Templates for InDesign inconsistancy

Hello,
I was using the exact template you provided for InDesign for a poster I'm trying to upload to Concerto, but when I try to submit it via PDF, it gives me an error saying the image is too small. I'm in the process of recreating it with a larger size, I just wanted to let you guys know that your own template isn't uploading.

I would try to use the templates and export the content as a PNG or JPG
image, not as a PDF. The PDF support is limited, and really only works well
for portrait sized 8.5x11 flyers. -
