Build/adapt live screen technology from Concerto 1 for live content preview

We need a reusable live screen similar to the one from Concerto
1. However, this one will need to be able to switch the background
template and placement on the fly to show a generated preview. It
also needs to accept in the graphic or text to be previewed. This
will be an important piece of functionality for all of Concerto
2.
I've attached a screen shot from the L2 Add Content
mockup.
Haris, you know live screens best, having created most of the Concerto 1 screen. We need you to work your magic again.

This is going to be hard for previewing images and other content that requires an upload. Since we only have to display 1 piece of content things should be much much simpler than the Concerto v1 Live Screen. I don't remember if we ever fixed the memory leaks in that code... if we didn't then it might not be prudent to copy from it without fixing these errors.
Haris: If you're interested in getting a hand with this one (not the styling, but the JS & data from Concerto) let me know. I'd be glad to try my hand at it.
