Addded dynamic frontpage capability
Summary: Yo dawg, I heard you like abstraction, so I let you pick a dynamic page for your website so you can change your frontpage while you change your frontpage.
Basically, the default action and controller when you go to the admin root can now be set, for example to something under Info Pages. Did some cleanup in index.php, too. The default homepage is still the frontpage controller, you'll need a config option to change it until we add it to the default db. See example in config.inc.php.sample.
