Changeset [30e67f13c73429c9ed258a93af994dedb8dafded] by Brian Michalski

Support multiple transitions.

Refactored transitions into a base class that provides a simple cut transition (add new dom element, remove old element) and extend that to provide a sequential fade (fade out new element then fade in new element). You can create your own transitions extended the Transition class just like Fade.
